Make sure everything is clear

When you send your order for any product  available on demand mode, it goes through 2 steps: Fulfillment and shipping. Therefore, depending on the region, delivery time does not exceed 15 days.

 

Shipping Time

Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out.

The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
● USA: 3–4 business days
● Europe: 6–8 business days
● Australia: 2–14 business days
● Japan: 4–8 business days
● International: 10–20 business days


We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide! From: USA, Europe, UK, EFTA States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Brazil.

Once you have confirmed your order, it might not be possible to edit or cancel it. If you want to change some parameters, Customer addresses, etc., please check whether such an option is available in your account. We are not bound to make such modifications to your order, but we will do our best on a case-by-case basis.

Return policy 

We accept returns or exchanges only on defective or incorrect items. Please feel free to contact us at contact@racrabbit.com within 7 days of receiving your defective or incorrect item(s) to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Any requests after the 7 day limit will not be approved. product must not be worn, damaged, or washed.

We strive to uphold the highest quality and stand by that quality. occasionally manufacturing defects can slip through the process and make it into your hands even with our strict quality control. if this happens, we want to know about it!

Details Return Policy 

  • All items must be in brand new, unworn, unwashed and in original condition
  • All items must be returned to us within 7 days of the delivery date
  • Original shipping charges you pay or we pay are not refundable*
  • Invoice must be included in return package
  • No returns for orders that use a promo code or during any sales 15% off or more.
  • There is a 20% restocking fee for orders over $100 or orders with more than 5 items.
  • We will gladly take care of any defective products.


Any items sent to us without our approval first will not be accepted and will be donated to charity. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping & we do not refund our costs of shipping the order to you as we still paid shipping to send out (even if it was free shipping).We recommend shipping it back through USPS since it's the cheapest option.

Exchanges 

At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at contact@racrabbit.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund! 

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Please contact Klarna/Afterpay/Affirm directly if you used Klarna/Afterpay/Affirm at checkout.  

Cancellations 

Orders can only be cancelled within 6 hours of placing it.

Late or missing refunds If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us by email contact@racrabbit.com

Sale items 

Only regular priced items may be exchanged/returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned. If you received more than 15% off your order, it is not eligible for refund or return.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping back

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
